MVP of 2001

He opens up a sigh,
Leaving me a mysterious sign.

Every shot is for me to find,
That our play is about to start...

Clashing sound of the crowd serves as rhyme
For the moment we shared afar.
Giving him intense to dunk,
Telling me, it’s for you to flaunt!

But how come i didn't recognize,
The superior already cried.
Because of me who did the foul
That made him suffer a lot.

Everything is just a story now
Too late for me to scream his name out loud.
Because he’s too tired shooting so hard,
Without the prize he wanted to have.

If only i could turn back time,

I’ll play the game so nice.
Giving him a deserving prize
Of my love so sweet and proud.
But past is past. So hard to admit,
I’m just a strange fan now.
Secretly starring at the MVP of 2001.
